International Shipping
International Orders
  We have made many international shipments over the years and will continue to provide our international customers with superior customer service.  Customers in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom can order directly from our web site with a valid credit card.  Our friendly customer service representatives are available from 9:00am – 6pm eastern United States time by calling +1.561.847.2400 to assist all of our international customers.

International Shipments

You will be able to calculate the shipping charge through your shopping cart during the ordering process.  We offer the convenient shipping methods through the United States Postal Service and FedEx for international shipments.  Please note that all international orders that are returned to us will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
 
Import Regulations

Each country has different laws and regulations regarding the purchase of products from other countries.  You are responsible for ensuring that your country permits you to import the nutritional products that you are buying from the United States.  All shipments are subject to quarantine, inspection and/or seizure by the customs authorities in your country.

Additional Fees, Duties and Taxes

We declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label/documents.  You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, or quarantine fees.  These fees may be equal to or greater than the value of your order.  These taxes, duties and/or fees are separate from your shipping charge, and your local customs office will bill you directly for them.  Please refer to your local customs office for more details.  We are not responsible for any extra charges, fees, duties and/or taxes, or delays or loss due to quarantine inspection and/or seizure of your shipment by your countries’ authorities.  These are your sole responsibility.  For more information regarding importing products into Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the United Kingdom please visit the following links:

  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, please call 561-847-2400 and speak to the customer service representative about shipping to your country.

You are responsible for any border tariffs or taxes or for any product stopped at the border.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
  You may return any product (other than books or CD’s) with an accompanying invoice within 30 days after the invoice date and receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping & handling), or exchange the product (other than books or CDs) for another product of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for the price difference, plus shipping and handling, if you exchange for a product of greater value.

Returns for product (other than books or CD’s) 30 or more days after the invoice date are eligible for a gift certificate in the amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling). Gift Certificates are redeemable at www.gprxstore.com or by calling 866-985-4779. Gift Certificates must be used within 90 days of issue.  

All book and CD sales are final.
